To be eligible to vote, you must reserve by May 23, 2025 via the e-mail below and pay your $2. fee at the door on the day of the Meeting.

Lors de l’Assemblée, le rapport financier 2024 sera présenté, le rapport des activités, la ratification des actes des administrateurs et les élections. During the Meeting, the financial statement for 2024 will be presented, report on the activities, ratification of Board’s decisions and, the election of Board members. 

Veuillez noter qu’un (1) siège est disponible pour fin d’élection. Les formulaires de mise en candidature sont disponibles à l’adresse courriel ci-dessous et doivent être soumis avant le 23 avril 2025. Please note that one (1) seat is available for election. Nomination forms are available upon request via the e-mail below and must be submitted by April 23, 2025.
